Phase 1 — Foundation (Weeks 1–4)
Mindset, Values & Core Skills — building the foundational professional identity that every consultant needs.
- Modules 1–2 (Weeks 1–2): Mindset, Values & Communication — Ownership, Responsibility, Professional Pledge, Email mastery, executive report writing, presentations, mock client calls, feedback culture
- Modules 3–4 (Weeks 3–4): Productivity & PM Fundamentals — Eisenhower Matrix, MoSCoW, time-blocking, consulting lifecycle, client dynamics, Waterfall, Agile & Scrum, Scope-Time-Cost triangle
Outcome: Ready to enter a consulting or PM environment.
Phase 2 — Application (Weeks 5–9)
Technical Skills & Domain Expertise — hands-on mastery of tools and methods used by modern consultants daily.
- Modules 5–6 (Weeks 5–6): Google Workspace & AI Tools — Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Prompt Engineering, AI for research & writing, AI ethics
- Modules 7–8 (Weeks 7–8): Data Analytics & PM Tools — Pivot tables, dashboards, Looker Studio, storytelling with data, Asana, Trello, Notion, Jira, MS Project, Slack/Teams
- Module 9 (Week 9): Consulting Problem-Solving — Define → Diagnose → Design → Deliver, MECE, issue trees, Porter's 5 Forces, SWOT, 5 Whys, Fishbone, proposal writing
Outcome: Able to independently handle consulting assignments.
Phase 3 — Excellence (Weeks 10–12)
Real-World Practice & Leadership — capstone delivery, client management, and professional positioning.
- Modules 10–12 (Weeks 10–12): Advanced PM & Leadership — Risk & change management, RAID logs, Agile sprints, retrospectives, PMO concepts, client psychology, stakeholder navigation, personal brand, LinkedIn, interview prep, and the Capstone Project
Outcome: Certified, confident, and client-ready.
Capstone Project
Teams of 3–4 solve a real business problem and present to a panel of Triology leadership and industry reviewers.
- Define a real consulting challenge from scratch
- Apply frameworks, data analysis, and AI tools
- Deliver actionable recommendations with presentation
- Receive structured feedback from industry mentors
Assessment & Certification
Continuous, multi-dimensional assessment to ensure real competency, not just attendance.
- Weekly Tasks: Practical assignments submitted every Friday
- Peer Reviews: Structured feedback exchanged with cohort members
- Module Assessments: Case studies, written responses, or presentations
